The package also contains new sleeve notes and unseen photographs.
Formed in Sunderland in 2000, The Futureheads spearheaded the UKās post-punk revival with angular guitars, unconventional song structures and intricate four-part vocal harmonies.
The bandās debut album āThe Futureheadsā (2004), which included their iconic cover of Kate Bush's āHounds of Loveā (NME Single of the Year 2005), reached number 11 in the UK charts. Praise in 2006 was followed by extensive world touring and further albums; āThis Is Not The Worldā (2008), āThe Chaosā (2010) and a cappella album āRantā (2012) all on their own label, Nul Records.
After a hiatus, The Futureheads returned in 2019 with āPowersā cementing their reputation as a band of joyous vitality.
