At Assai Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise is faulty or not as described, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including all inserts and sleeves, to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
